Although we offer a detailed roadmap to implement the strategy, WE DO NOT manage our client’s social media channels. We believe that it is not our place to stand between our clients and their stakeholders, partners and customers.
Rather, we guide our clients on the process, measure and optimise their efforts but leave it to the brand as the experts on their own business to manage a dialogue on their own behalf. They are intimately familiar with the tone and direction they want to set and the ways they want to participate in social conversations within the parameters we’ve setup.
